This project focused on scaling deployment cycles and minimizing hosting overheads for a global logistics provider. By designing custom automated scripts, containerizing database syncs, and configuring AWS Elastic Container clusters, we reduced deployment time from hours to minutes.

Project Execution Scope

We overhauled the entire cloud architecture to support high concurrency, dynamic load balancing, and secure credential handling. Pipeline hooks now automatically run vulnerability scanners and unit tests upon commits, preventing broken code from reaching the production servers.
